Education has seen a span of many centuries. The objectives for education can be narrow and broad. The narrow objectives being developing skills for self employment while, the broader objectives lead to all round development (harmony, wisdom, knowledge) of the ward. Every Indian philosopher has had his version of Education philosophies.

At this Institute we strive for knowledge that transpires to satisfaction, wisdom and skill development. We promote preparedness, excellence and equality to endure global competitions.

The faculty strives to be in sync with the inner self and abilities of the students, to sharpen the skills for laying the foundation of the future. Self awareness of one's strengths and weaknesses is a challenge however, channelling the strengths to greatness and simultaneously gaining confidence to get over the weaknesses is our forte.

I have always felt a sense of satisfaction in imparting knowledge from the day I started teaching. Teaching is the best thing to happen for me as it gives me an opportunity to connect with the young minds and help contribute in shaping their future. I personally believe in the fact that learning something new everyday keeps us alive in the real sense and i am fortunate in that respect as i'll be a student for lifetime of this infinite knowledge.

My views on teaching and learning chemistry is that , it is a combined process of connecting and relating chemistry with day today life, where an educator assesses learning needs, establishes specific learning objective, incorporate new knowledge and skills that add to their range of learning experiences.

Learning is an innate nature in humans. However we very often sideline our abilities which are innate and unknown to us. Every learner embarks on a journey and as a teacher it is my responsibility to be a guiding light along. As for biology, a leaf may seem like a simple structure but it holds a complex story waiting to unfold.
